I won't design you a character unless you specifically state that in the order.

* 50% is default price percentage for background I deem doable. For very complex backgrounds, example: bustling streets or complex interior, the base price for a background is 80% minimum. I will let the client know what % for asked background is.- I will charge extra fees for complex character designs, complex props (interactive elements such complex weaponery, armour,..), backgrounds and anything else that adds extra work hours. All fees will be mentioned upront.
- I wont charge extra for specific poses/expressions, small props (interactive items such as phone, chair,..), and adjustments to the artwork during creative process.*( * If the customer wants free changes to the artwork, adjustments must be discussed during sketch phase. All larger changes requested during later processes will be charged.)

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.- Payments are always paid in full upfront.
- Payments are done trough PAYPAL in € currency. I will always send you an invoice.
- For clients that resident in Slovakia or Czech Republic, I can offer payment through Bank Transaction.- I have the right to refuse the client's commission proposal.
- I don't do payment refunds.
- The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission before the payment is sent.- Please make sure you have a digital visual reference available before ordering.
- I won't drastically change or edit finished artwork after completion. I can do minor edits free of charge. Any larger changes come at a cost of extra fees.

- I'm willing draw mature content, involving characters that are 18+ of age, depicting mild gore, mild violence, tasteful or artistic nudity. Client must be 18+ to commission artwork involving these topics and must inform me about any of these topics before ordering.NO
- I won't draw any content depicting but not limited to: anything against the law, hateful and taboo content. I also won't draw political imagery, fetish content and anything else that I, as the artist, determine inappropriate.----- The client will be informed about anything I'm not comfortable drawing.- Artistic freedom is preferred but not limited to. References supporting client's idea are always welcome. (Sketches, Photos, Other material..)
== AI and NFT ==
- I do not condone the use of AI (Artificial Inteligence) in my art processes. All of my work is strictly my own from beginning to the end.- It is prohibited to use my work for NFT or as a part of any AI generative/training software. This includes any of my work I might share with you or the public.
== Process & Communication ==
- I send out 2-3 sketches for bigger commissions before I move onto the details such as lineart & coloring.- I send out 1 sketch for smaller commissions.- The client is highly encouraged to be available on desired social media/messaging site for faster and smoother working process for both of us! The client is also highly encouraged to voice their opinion during early sketching phases to ensure good commission outcome.- Communication is the key to a smooth flow of work and achieving the best possible results. I will always reach out to the client if I need more information or approval.
== Related to Client ==
- The Client may display the Commission in Profiles as long as the Artist’s name (Katryano, awora_nanne or katryano.carrd.co) is prominently displayed along with a link to social media accounts.- The Client may also repost, print, or use the commission, as long as it's for personal / private use.- Any Commercial use must be pre-approved and discussed upfront. You may not use the commission for Commercial use without my written permission. License fees must be discussed prior use.- I retain all intellectual rights to the commissioned work I create, which includes but is not limited to: distribution, use of the work for Artist promotion (e.g. Profiles, Personal Space, Public Space). You may not claim my work as your own.
